SPICY TUNA CAKEINGREDIENTS
- For 2 servings
- Tuna in brine250 g
- Onion, chopped1/4 cup
- Egg1
- Almond, ground2 tbsp
- Lemon juice1 tsp
- Salt1/4 tsp
- Black Pepper, ground1/4 tsp
- For Sauce
- Tuna in brine250 g
- Exotic Food Sriracha
Hot Chilli Sauce1/3 cup - Greek yogurt1 tbsp
- Mayonnaise2 tbsp
- Garlic, chopped1 clove
- Coriander leave, chopped1 tbsp
PROCEDURE
- Drain tuna from brine then mix the tuna with onion,
egg, almond, lemon juice, salt and pepper. - Shape the tuna mixture into round flat pieces as desired.
Lightly coat a pan with olive oil, fry the tuna cake with
medium heat until brown on both sides. - Make the sauce by mixing all the ingredients together
then serve with tuna cake.
